For a Private Paint-Party, you get to choose the painting, OR you can commission me to create a painting just for you (no additional cost). Private Paint-Parties are a wonderful way to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, family-reunions, girls-nights-out, graduations, wedding showers, or just-because.
NO experience required – I’ll walk you through the entire painting, step-by-step, and help you find your own inner-artist – meaningful-FUN guaranteed!
Reach out, using the form, below, and we’ll discuss the best options. All I require from you is the location, tables and chairs – I bring and do the rest. NO need to gather supplies; I’ll bring all you need.
We can do a private Paint-Party in your home, your place of business, OR, we can use the Back Room of the former L’Attitude restaurant in Dallas – 940 Main St. For large groups, we may be able to use the Dallas Event Center, at 939 Main St. in Dallas (across from the Library).
The price for in-person Paint-Parties is:
$35 per adult
$25 per child under 18

For virtual/Zoom private Paint-Parties, anyone anywhere can join in!

You’ll need to gather art-supplies, ahead of time, in order to participate. Use what you have on-hand, pick them up at a local shop (Walmart carries what you need), or order via Walmart.com, Amazon.com or Dickblick.com (click any link for suggested art-supply lists).
You’ll need (per person):
~ Canvas or canvas panel, or surface to paint on (I use 16″ x 20″ canvas panels; substitute w/ poster board, cardboard, plywood – prime over smooth/colored surfaces with primer)
~ Paint-brushes (I use large/medium/small flat-head brushes, a round brush, and a detail brush – see photo at top of page)
~ Acrylic Paint (Walmart carries 2oz bottles for 50 cents each)
~ Cup of water (for cleaning brushes between colors)
~ Paper towel (for blotting)
~ Paper/Styrofoam Plate (for palette)
Optional: Table-top easel, apron/big shirt, table covering (trash bags, laid flat, work great)
Directions:
~ Register the number of people, and pay, via Paypal or credit card (you’ll be directed – don’t close the page until directed to do so).
~ Order or collect your supplies.
~ I will email your Zoom Meeting Password and Link to you, prior to the event.
~ Have everything set up and ready to go, (laptop/tablet/phone, and all painting supplies) well before the time of the event.
